Adult and Child ( > 6 years ), by mouth, 10 mg once daily or 5 mg twice daily. 

CHILD ( 2 – 6 years ), seasonal allergic rhinitis, 5 mg once daily or 2.5 mg twice daily. 

Renal impairment: reduce dose by half.

Precautions 

Renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency; concurrent administration of alcohol and CNS depressants; patients with urinary retention, bladder neck obstruction, or prostatic hypertrophy; angle-closure glaucoma. Pregnancy, lactation.

Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or its present parent compound hydroxyzine and any other components; hemodialysis; end-stage renal disease.
