So do not take rapramil if you are allergic to any other of the class of angiotensin converting enzyme. 

This medication should not be taken within 36 hours before or after taking any other medicine that actually contains sacubitril which includes ; Entresto. Research has shown that if you are actually a diabetes patient and you’re taking rapramil, do not use any other medications that contains aliskiren ( Tekamlo, Tekturna ) 

Aliskiren and rapramil may need to be avoided if you have kidney disease. However the best thing you can do is to make sure you always talk to your doctor before you take any other medications with rapramil.

Research has shown that this medication may cause injury or death to the unborn baby if this rapramil is actually being taken during your second and third trimester.

It has also been proven that this medication should not be used by a nursing mother as this drug can be passed into the breast milk. This medication can actually be taken with or without food, when you want to swallow this tablet it has to be swallowed whole. Storage 

Rapramil can be stored up for at least  24 hours at room temperature, or it should be stored up to 48 hours in the refrigerator. What if I miss a dose?
